We don't finish our cattle on grain in a feedlot. They're born on grass, raised on grass, and finished on grass — the way nature drew it up.
Tucked in the high mountain valleys of Sanpete County, our herd roams open pasture year-round. Slower-grown and humanely raised, our beef carries the deep, mineral flavor you can only get from animals that lived a good life outdoors.
